Pure Identity was retained as British Water’s Branding and Communications Consultants. We oversaw the voicing, management and presentation of the British Water brand. We also took the lead on designing their new website. On site, we were regularly involved in crafting business strategy’s, pioneering new campaigns all while managing and delivering the digital assets for the day to day running of this prestigious trade association.
